- Molten Wolf (Michael Horse) - the leader of the Indian Heritage, and guardian of Dawn, and calls Geoff, Trent and Gwen tresspassers, and puts a curse on Geoff and Trent switching their bodies, revealed to be a member of The Narodnaya Volya!
- The Narodnaya Volya - a Russian left-wing terrorist organization, best known for the successful assassination of Tsar Alexander II of Russia. It created a centralized and well disguised organization in a time of diverse liberation movements in Russia. Narodnaya Volya was led by its Executive Committee: Alexander Mikhailov, Aleksandr Kvyatkovsky, Andrei Zhelyabov, Sophia Perovskaya, Vera Figner, Nikolai Morozov, Mikhail Frolenko, Lev Tikhomirov, Alexander Barannikov, Anna Yakimova, Maria Oshanina and others. Vladimir Lenin's elder brother, Alexander Ulyanov was a later member of a subsequent incarnation of Narodnaya Volya, and led a cell that plotted to assassinate Tsar Alexander III.The Executive Committee was in charge of a network of local and special groups (composed of workers, students, and members of the military). In 1879–1883, Narodnaya Volya had affiliates in almost 50 cities, especially in Ukraine and the Volga region. Though the number of its members never exceeded 500, Narodnaya Volya had a few thousand followers. They kidnapped Tyler and Lindsay as prisoners, espically Brick, who was trying to prove to his father, who died, that he can be a great soldier, they also kidnapped Mike, who was faking Svetlana, who was proving "she" was russian, but they didn't believe "her", as they keep "her" hostage.
- Bone and Marrow (Andy Richter and Andy Dick) - the 2 brothers who attack Duncan, Courtney, Cody, Sierra, Owen, Izzy, Bridgette and Lightning, they match the same tones as the Vreedle Brothers from Ben 10.
- Boris, Ivan, Yuri and Sasha (Corey Burton, Jeff Bennett, Rob Paulson and Kath Soucie) - the 3 thugs, Ivan is the shortest, Yuri is the one with the scar on his eye, Boris is medium sized one and is lovers with Sasha, they attempt to capture Dakota, until Alejandro and Heather but in their ways.
- Proctor, Otis and Kirk (Jim Piddock, Greg Ellis and LeVar Burton) - Otis is the british and the selfish, Kirk is the baldest and the smartest and Proctor is blackest and brilliant, they kidnap Cameron in order to find them money, espically B being the smartest, Anne Maria getting in the way due to ??? messing with her hair
- LeFear (Jeff Bennett) - a punky mobster from France, who tried to attack Jo, but got beaten up by her, and rams into Sam, and lies to him that he'll buy him a game system
- Jules, Normon and Mandy (J.B. Blanc, Jim Ward and Candi Milo) - Normon is the descendent of the man who got bested by Dave, the "great grandfather" of Staci, Mandy is the descendent of the woman who got bested by Lois, the "great great aunt" of Staci and Jules is the descendent of the man who got bested by George, the "great great great uncle" of Staci, they end up trying to kill Zoey, who was on a trip to find a way back on Total Drama Revenge of the Island

- Day 1 (May 2):
- The 22 contestants (Geoff, Bridgette, Trent, Gwen, Duncan, Tyler, Lindsay, Beth, Harold, LeShawna, Eva, Noah, Justin, Katie, Sadie, Cody, Sierra, Owen, Izzy, DJ and Heather) are stranded on a island nearby Hawaii, Heather is so frustrated they couldn't get a chance to win their money, meanwhile, Trent asks Lindsay that since Duncan is with Gwen, he was wondering if she would be his new girlfriend, but Lindsay reminded Trent that she is with Tyler, Trent looks at Duncan giving Gwen a cigarette, while Duncan uses his lighter to help Gwen smoke, Courtney tries to flirt with Trent, but Trent refuses, as he walks toward the 2, saying hi to them, Trent reminds Duncan that he knows a way to smoke, as he grabs a cigarette to prove so, Duncan lights him up, but Trent coughed, Gwen helped him. The contestants received a message from a bottle, it opened it, revealing it was from Chris, saying, "Dear Campers, since Ezekiel escaped with the million dollars which was won by Heather, I have announced i will be planning a season 4, with new contestants entering, some of you will enter, some of you will be replaced, hopefully so, check out these audition tapes, and tell us what you think, from Chris", the campers received a bag of audition tapes, and a TV, with VHS to use, the first one was Scott's, his audition tape, Scott shows how his father (whom he refers to as "Pappy") taught him to kill kitchen rats. Then, a rat appears and Scott gets a baseball bat to hit him, rhetorically asking if Chris liked his moves at that moment. Scott fails two of his three attempts, but in the end he manages to hit the rat. The second is Dawn's, her audition begins with her greeting the "citizens of the universe." She then says her name and is recording this so she can participate in Total Drama: Revenge of the Island. A squirrel jumps on her hand, and she calls it a blessed little one. She says that Total Drama would make her a lot of money. Then she adds money isn't important to her, and that nature and her animal friends are, petting the squirrel. She says she will win Total Drama and donate her money to help Mother Earth. Suddenly an eagle swoops down on them, taking the squirrel, scaring her, which ends the audition. The third is Brick's, he starts his audition by stating his name in an orderly fashion, and asks permission to explain why he would be a valuable asset to Total Drama. He then states he has sharp senses from years of training, he can take anything the show throws at him, and states that nothing gets past him (while the camera falls down without him noticing), and then walks off camera. The fourth is Mike's, his audition takes place in what appears to be his room. He lists his talents, saying he's agile, graceful, tough and scrappy, "with the keen senses of a wilderness survivor," which hints at some of his alternate personalities. He then states that he's ready to "win this season," and doesn't care what his doctor says. He quickly tries to cover it up, but he accidentally says that he meant psychiatrist. He then panics and goes to turn off the camera, but trips and knocks the camera over, ending the tape. The fifth is Lightning's, in his audition, he is sitting on a punching bag in a football field. He says that Chris should have let him be a team of one, and that he's used to carrying his teams back home, but that they know how to play the game. He then says that his fellow contestants will be "a bunch of losers" and that if Chris is trying to make him look bad, he can think again. He says he never gives up or surrenders, and ends his tape saying "Sha-Lightning!", the sixth is Dakota's, in her audition, she greets viewers by telling them hello and her name. She then states that she will one day be a reality show mega-star, fashion model, and award-winning movie actress. She then adds that she may also be a pop music star, if she has the time. Then, she tells the viewer that they may want to preserve her audition for prosperity. The last thing she says is that when she is done on Total Drama: Revenge of the Island, she will be the "biggest thing ever," ending the audition. The seventh is Anne Maria's, in her audition, Anne Maria states her name, and states that she'd never watched "Total Drama Rama whatever", until her friends made her sit through "one of those singing episodes," and knew that the show "needed" her. She then starts to sing badly, and when she hits a high note, the camera lens cracks, ending the audition, as well as Beth and Harold's glasses, and the TV, so Cody plans to fix it, and he sweeps up the glass and toss it into the ocean, and replaces it with a new glass, which everyone is excited about, now they continue, and the eighth audition tape is Cameron's, in his audition, he states that he is known as a "bubble boy," and that his mother was very overprotective of him while he was growing up. He then states that he had never even gone swimming before. He also states that, until six hours before the audition, he has "never done anything before." Additionally, he stated that he is still a force to be reckoned with. A monarch butterfly then flies into the room, which fascinates Cameron. It lands on his head, and proves to be very heavy for him as he falls down onto the couch. The audition then ends. The ninth is B's, his audition begins with him riding into a room on a mechanical chair. He presses a button and a hand appears from the chair, brushing his teeth, cleaning his shoes, and putting on his cap for him. He then tries to speak, but his mechanical robot comes in, asking him a question, which B seems to allow it to do. He then tries to speak again, but the battery in the camera dies, ending the tape before he can talk. The tenth is Sam's, in his audition, he says he has a strict morning routine, which is warming up with a little bit of 'game blob', then hit it hard. He then cheers and says he got the sorcerer's medallion, and punched out the ninja overlord. The power suddenly goes out, and he says that he's blown a fuse again, laughing and saying "That's cool." sarcastically. The eleventh is Jo's, she begins the audition by greeting Total Drama producers. She claims she should be chosen because she is the best, the strongest, the smartest, and, by extension, the meanest; she also claims that she will win the $1,000,000, however, on a second thought, she states that the money should be handed over to her right in that moment because no one can possibly be better than her. She then ends the audition saying "That is all.", which frusterates Eva, saying she is the strongest and the meanest, and they calm her down, the twelvth is Staci's, she starts by claiming that she will win Total Drama: Revenge of the Island because she came from a long line of people who think outside of the box (obviously a lie). She then points, with a stick, to a board that has pictures and text about her relatives. She then states the many relatives' inventions, such as forks, invented by her great grandfather Dave; plates, invented by her great great aunt Lois, and floors, invented by her great, great, great uncle George. She also explains how people managed to do things before these inventions were created. In the end, Staci tells that she is very excited about telling everyone about her family and that she knows they will be impressed, and the thirtenth and final one is Zoey's, her audition tape begins in her room.She says she wants to join Total Drama because she wants to hang out with other teens her age outside of her small town, go to indie theaters, and wear horn-rimmed glasses. A loud cheering noise and the honking of a car is heard, and Zoey sighs and explains that every Saturday night, the jocks drive up and down Main Street cheering for the football team. - The cause of Alejandro losing his hair, shoe and getting his body crampled was the caused by the crazy versions of Alvin and the Chipmunks, Lolo the Chimp and a lack of wildebeasts.
- Some scenes are borrowed from Disaster Movie's parodies of Sex and the City, Kung-Fu Panda and Alvin and the Chipmunks, in the Sex and the City parody, Beth fights Carrie and defeats him/her, in the Kung-Fu Panda, DJ fights the Po Panda character, and in the Alvin and the Chipmunks, Duncan, Owen and Cody were attacked by the Chipmunks, as the Chipmunks later attacked Alejandro chasing him and then ripping his hair. And in one scene similar to the Big Time Rush episode, Big Time Demos, Lolo the Chimpanzee threw bananas at Justin, Tyler, Cody, Trent, DJ, Geoff and Duncan and then attacked Alejandro taking his shoe off and biting his foot, and the one scene is similar Tommy Boy, with Owen, Cody and Bruno crying to a love song Somebody to Love by Queen.
