Sypnosis
The season opener, where Total Drama meets My Little Pony. The Elements of Harmony and Components of Destruction are formed and Rainbow Dash argues with Courtney about being captain of the Components. The first and second challenge are tested.
Challenge
Advantage: A member of each must deliver a carton of eggs over a tightrope, while Chef throws hard-boiled eggs at the competitors. Invincibility: Teams must navigate through the woods, without maps or compasses.
Episode Story
Chris McClean had, as usual, gathered the contestants from the recent Total Dramas, for a special All-Star season, but he had a small announcement. He's going to extend the game by adding 14 new competitors into the game, but they are ponies from a land called Equestria. Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Coco Pommel, Silver Shill, Cheese Sandwich, Soarin, Big MacIntosh, Braeburn, Shining Armour and Trenderhoof are introduced to the TD contestants, and they formed two groups called the Elements of Harmony and the Components of Destruction.
On the sides of the Elements, the easy favourite of the team was Cheese Sandwich, for he and Pinkie are the party ponies of the team. He realises Gwen wasn't feeling good about her and Duncan's break-up and the loss of her friendship with Courtney, but puts it aside. Silver Shill tries to get Coco's attention but was interrupted by Chris's announcement for the first challenge, which was an advantage challenge.
Meanwhile, the Components weren't really getting along. Courtney suggested that she'd become captain of the team, but Rainbow Dash rejects that idea instantly. Then, after a long argument between the two, Cameron suggests that Twilight should be leader, henceforth she's a princess. The same announcement was made towards the Components.
Chris announces the challenge to the contestants at lunch, where they've changed into their swim gear, for this challenge consists of a player from each team will carry a carton of eggs, across a very thin tightrope, over shark-infested waters. The Elements chose Mike for the challenge, while Applejack goes for the Components. Mike accidentally drops the carton, near the end, meaning Applejack and the Components won by default, but then, Chris hands them a magnet, saying this is their advantage for the next challenge. Mike was depressed about losing the challenge, but Fluttershy and Zoey go over to him to calm him down, giving Courtney concerned looks about Fluttershy.
The second challenge was that teams must navigate through the woods to camp, but without any equipment, except for the Components' magnet. The challenge begins, and the Elements were in the lead, because of Fluttershy escorting some ducks to a nearby river, with Bridgette assisting her. Courtney goes over and yells at the yellow Pegasus, but Bridgette stands up against Courtney, for treating a creature of kindness like manure. Courtney warned Bridgette that she'll regret trying to be her friend.
The Elements were way in the lead, and they actually found a source of magnetic force, thanks to Geoff and Rarity's jewel-finding spell, claiming them victory and safe for now. The Components were only a few feet behind, but they lost, knowing now who to vote for.
The Bonfire Ceremony
The Components already voted for the loser, going home. Chris came out with a tray, which contained 13 marshmallows. He said the usual rule about leaving the game. The first three marshmallows went to Duncan, Applejack and Twilight Sparkle. Rainbow Dash and Heather claimed the next two, while Alejandro collected his. Jo, Courtney, Cameron and Scott got their marshmallows, leaving Bridgette and Fluttershy alone. Chris, giving some suspense and drama gave the last marshmallow to...
Fluttershy and Bridgette are on the chopping block.
Fluttershy.
Bridgette was shocked as Fluttershy claimed the last marshmallow on the tray. She looked back at her former group, but mainly to Courtney, who grinned nastilly. Instead of taking the Flush-O'-Shame, there was a gigantic red howitzer at the end of the beach, where Bridgette was shot away from the camp.

Sypnosis
The third challenge is commenced, and Courtney and Rainbow's rivalry grows.

Teams must choose three players each, to compete in an epic game of Crouquet, made by Chef. Winning team wins immunity.

The Elements were bascking in their glory, with a night at the McClean Fancy Hotel, with all the accomadations anyone can ask for. Shining Armor was telling
Meanwhile, at the cabins, Courtney and Rainbow Dash continued their fued against each other, but it was relating to Rainbow's idols, the Wonderbolts. Duncan, Gwen and Twilight couldn't handle the bickering, so the three decided to hold an alliance to just end this bickering!
Chris came outside wearing a suit, that British people wear.
