Background
Todd started stealing cars when he was ten with his father, Ted. They soon started robbing banks in his town. Todd soon became the youngest person to break fifty laws in one day. His father was soon caught by the police after another bank robbery. Todd gave up a life of crime, but after four months, he started to steal cars, rob banks, and soon got caught by the police. As punishment, they signed him up for Total Drama Chaos.
